Russian Evraz Steel Plant completes qualification evaluation of India Vesuvius Company

April 17, Russia's second-largest steel production and mining company-the Evraz group (Evraz Group) completed a comprehensive review of the supply qualification for the Calcutta plant in Vesuvius, India.

"India's Vesuvius Calcutta plant has the most advanced production equipment and high quality production technology in the country, and we are satisfied with the result of the review," said Mr. Malin, head of the Evraz group's emerging market sourcing director, Iakov.

It is understood that the Indian Vesuvius was founded in June 1991, officially commercialized in 1994, currently in India, a total of four factories, including one located in Calcutta City, two in Visakhapatnam, and the other located in Salem. Kolkata, which is the main production of continuous casting functional refractories, mainly including skateboards, blocks and so on.
