On October 22nd, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecological Environment jointly issued a circular on the“Liaoning Province 2019-2020 Heating Peak Cement Stagger Production Arrangement (Liaogongxin Building Materials [2019] No. 141)”It is required that from November 1st, 2019 to March 31st, 2020, all cement clinker production lines in the province will implement peak production. The peak time of the kiln in Dalian is from November 5th to April 5th, 2020.
The production lines that undertake the tasks of heating, co-disposing urban domestic garbage, toxic and hazardous wastes shall be identified and formulated by the municipal industrial and ecological environment departments. In principle, it is not necessary to carry out peak production, but to reduce the cement production load appropriately, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will conduct on-site inspections in conjunction with the Eco-Environment Office.
