The largest magnesia producer in western China, Qinghai Punai High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. completed the construction of three sleeve kilns in Tibet last year for the production of high-purity light-burned magnesia, which was put into production this week.

‘We built three sleeve kilns in Tibet last year for the production of high-purity light-burned magnesia, each with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons and a product grade of 98% min. It mainly supplies its own high-purity heavy weight in Tibet and Qinghai. The production of burnt magnesia and large crystalline fused magnesia is not for sale at this time. ‘ A source at the plant revealed that the large crystalline fused magnesia produced by the company is also mainly used to supply its refractory plants in Henan and Liaoning. Basically not for sale. He said that the price of large-crystalline fused magnesia has continued to weaken in the past year, and the price of high-purity light-burned magnesia has weakened. The market has initially recovered, and the price is expected to remain stable next week. The company's products are basically for personal use and will not be quoted for the time being.

The manufacturer originally had a rotary kiln in Qinghai and a shaft kiln in Tibet. The original annual production capacity of high-purity light-magnesium magnesium was 60,000 tons. In addition to the three new sleeve kilns, the current total capacity was 240,000 tons. The output was completed in January of about 5,000 tons, and the output in March is expected to exceed 10,000 tons. The current inventory is about 6,000 tons.
