The domestic flake graphite market was weakened in April. Taking Shandong -195 flake graphite as an example, it decreased by 19.1% year-on-year and 12.2% month-on-month. As of press time, the mainstream price of flake graphite in Shandong -195 was 3600 yuan / ton, -194 price was 3400 yuan / ton, and -190 price was 2800 yuan / ton (the above are ex-factory tax-included prices).
At present, most of the flake graphite enterprises have resumed work, and the supply has stabilized. However, in terms of demand, the domestic downstream purchasing willingness is weak, the use of the enterprise has been reduced, and the previous inventory remains, the export of graphite is strictly controlled, and the export volume is sharply reduced. The weak domestic and foreign demand is hit. The domestic scaly graphite production enterprises have been hit hard and the sales are not good The resumption of the warming enterprise may cause certain impact. However, domestic ports have basically suspended graphite imports in April, which is good for the domestic graphite market or provides room for the domestic graphite market to rise. On the whole, the supply and demand are weak, which may give some support to the domestic flake graphite market in May.
